As the architect behind Pronto, Vincent has created a game-changing system that empowers dental service organizations (DSOs), group practices, and large single-location operators to make faster, more precise business decisions by aggregating data from multiple practice technologies including PMS, accounting, HRIS, VOIP, call scoring, and asset management systems.

Vincent's impressive track record includes founding and leading three successful DSOs, with one achieving over 12,000% growth and ranking #14 on Inc. Magazine's 2014 list of fastest-growing private companies. He authored the widely adopted "Six Stages of Growth," considered the blueprint for DSO success, and served as president of the Dental Group Management Association.

His academic credentials include an MBA from Clarkson University, a BA from SUNY Potsdam, an Executive Degree in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from MIT Sloan School of Management, and an Executive Degree in Managed Care from the University of Connecticut.

He sits on the Baystate Health Foundation Board of trustees, is married and has a son.
